Aldon Management is seeking a dedicated Leasing Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leasing rental apartments to maximize income and achieve occupancy goals.

We are looking for a self-starter with excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Your attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information will ensure seamless interactions with prospective residents.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of leasing experience in multifamily and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with OneSite is a plus. If you are passionate about creating exceptional living experiences, we encourage you to apply.

Salary: $18 per hour

Requirements:
* H.S. Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
* Minimum 1 year of experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or administration
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the Internet; experience with OneSite preferred
* Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
