Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our growing team as an Insurance Sales Representative. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of state and federal regulations affecting insurance sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to reflect each customer's individual needs
  • Conduct meetings with new and potential clients to present insurance policies that meet their requirements
  • Maintain a portfolio of existing customers and pursue insurance sales with new clients using sales strategies
  • Update reports, records, and organizational tools to accurately report progress toward monthly insurance sales goals
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary of $75,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer one-on-one training and leadership in obtaining your license and starting your career on the right foot.
