Position SummaryThe Supervisor of Patient Access Representatives will oversee the operational and administrative functions of the Patient Access team within the Cardiology Department. This role is crucial in ensuring effective management and support for the Patient Access Representatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Duties Include:
- Supervising daily activities and providing guidance to the Patient Access team.
- Participating in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff.
- Fostering a culture of exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Supporting staff development initiatives and achieving financial objectives.
- Assisting in quality assurance management to enhance service delivery.
Required:
- Experience in a medical office or healthcare environment.
- Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
