- Holds a Bachelor's Degree or possesses equivalent professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in leadership or project management roles.
- Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare sector, including its organizational dynamics and emerging trends.
- Proven track record in motivating, guiding, and developing team members.
- Willingness to travel frequently to various customer locations for meetings, training, and operational needs.
- Capable of meeting the essential physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.
