Clinical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at the National Youth Advocate Program. In this role, you will play a critical part in providing high-quality support services to children and families who have experienced trauma and adversity.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Intervention and Counseling: Develop and implement targeted interventions to address specific needs, providing individualized counseling sessions and group therapy when necessary.
- Family Engagement: Foster positive relationships with foster caregivers, biological parents, and other relevant stakeholders to promote stability and reunification whenever possible.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of services and effective case management.
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a deep understanding of trauma-informed care practices, and the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities. Your experience working with vulnerable populations and familiarity with community-based services are highly valued.
A master's degree in social work or a related field is preferred, but a bachelor's degree with relevant experience may be considered. We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
