We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nutrition Specialist to join our team at EagleCare LLC. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents.

The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Culinary Manager to develop and implement well-balanced diets that meet the nutritional needs of our residents.
  • Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to determine appropriate nutritional interventions and provide positive leadership in care planning.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of MDS dietary assessments and contribute to the development of nutrition-related care plans.
  • Provide comprehensive nutrition assessments, progress notes, and follow-up documentation for all residents.
