Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis of medical conditions. As a member of our team, you will work closely with clinical and administrative professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnoses. This is a patient-facing role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
• Operate x-ray machine to perform routine diagnostic procedures
• Prepare patients for procedures and ensure their comfort and safety
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment
• Monitor patients during procedures and report any adverse reactions
• Evaluate images for quality and accuracy
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to determine appropriate imaging procedures
• Maintain, clean, and disinfect x-ray equipment and office space
• Maintain medical and radiologic inventory
• Stay up-to-date with advances in imaging technology and techniques
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of patient privacy rights

Requirements
• Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Commitment to delivering patient-centered care
