Job Title: Contract Closeout Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Contract Closeout Specialist to join our team. This is a high-volume, low-complexity role that requires the ability to work with a large workload and meet quick turnarounds.

Estimated Salary: $45/hour

The successful candidate will be responsible for documenting closeout actions, performing closeout activities within ERP financial software, flagging subcontracts for archiving/destruction, and other related duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document closeout files as needed for the closeout to be completed
  • Track and report out the number of subcontracts completed weekly
  • Work closely with the Subcontract Administrators and Buyers within Acquisitions Services to gather information on compliance requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in closeout or compliance, government policy/process knowledge, M&O knowledge, DEAR/FAR, and customer service skills.
