Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
  • Coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with the healthcare team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification preferred
