Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative at Regal Cars, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients as they navigate their vehicle selection process. Your primary focus will be on fostering strong relationships with customers through effective communication and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain open, honest, and timely communication with customers through various channels including phone, text, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Exhibit exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Guide customers through the application and qualification processes for vehicle purchases.
  • Clearly communicate the necessary requirements for purchasing a vehicle from Regal Cars.
  • Manage and update your customer database using our company-wide CRM software.
  • Conduct follow-ups, schedule appointments, and respond to electronic inquiries as required.
  • Demonstrate strong face-to-face communication abilities.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately for customers.
  • Maintain a clean driving record.
