Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with residents, members, staff, and security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Conduct regular foot patrols to monitor the premises and identify potential security risks.
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports on daily shift activity, including any incidents or concerns.
  • Relay pertinent information to supervisors, directors, and management in a clear and concise manner.
  • Respond to emergency situations in accordance with established procedures.
  • Document and report incidents, maintenance matters, and other security-related issues.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to pass background and drug screening.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Satisfactory driving record (required to operate company-owned vehicle).
  • Professional demeanor and appearance, with a high level of integrity.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • CCTV and access control experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a security team.
  • Prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement required.
Available Shifts
  • Part-time (approximately 24 hours).
  • 2nd shift (2pm-10pm).
  • Flexibility to cover additional shifts and assist with call-outs or coworker vacations.
