Job Description: As a Floral Department Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and processing flower and plant shipments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized department, including restocking shelves and displays.
  • Preparing customer orders for special occasions, including floral arrangements and plants.
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Basic knowledge of horticulture and floral arrangements.
