End User Support Specialist

At Coforge, we are seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our support organization, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical assistance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues affecting our clients' Windows desktop OS, applications, and mobile endpoints.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to prevent the reoccurrence of technical problems.
- Collaborate with our IT team to investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients by communicating clearly and effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, applications, and mobile endpoints.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
