  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues affecting our clients' Windows desktop OS, applications, and mobile endpoints.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to prevent the reoccurrence of technical problems.
  • Collaborate with our IT team to investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients by communicating clearly and effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, applications, and mobile endpoints.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
