Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in managing construction projects valued at $25 million or more, preferably in a Design/Build environment.
  • Proven expertise in construction principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Experience in leading a successful project management team.
  • Physical capability to navigate job sites, including climbing ladders and scaling multi-floor scaffolding.
  • Able to lift objects weighing at least 50 lbs.
