Maxim Healthcare in Greeneville is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care for Pediatric and/or Adult patients in the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities:
Employ the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Deliver skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders during each assignment.
Monitor signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
Gather, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare team members, documenting actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Required Qualifications:
Must hold a current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
Current TB or Chest X-Ray documentation.
Current BLS certification.
