Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a RN Homecare Specialist, you will provide high-quality patient care and services to pediatric and adult patients in their own homes in Hawkins County and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide skilled nursing services, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and other members of the patient's care team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor patient response and progress.
  • Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers and family members as needed.
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
  • Current Health Certificate (per facility Registered Nurse (RN) contract or state regulation).
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
