Job Summary

We are seeking a caring LPN to join our team at Signature HealthCARE of Rogersville. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing services to our patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional nursing services to patients and residents
  • Supervising day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants
  • Operating in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines and regulations
  • Confirming that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An active LPN license in the state of residence
  • Current/active CPR Certification
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity
  • Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality
