As a Janitorial Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our office facilities and the on-site dining establishment, BoujieMana.

Primary Duties
  • Execute regular cleaning and upkeep tasks in both the TCWGlobal office and BoujieMana.
  • Ensure that all areas, including restrooms and public spaces, are sanitized and well-maintained, which includes cleaning fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors, and walls, as well as managing waste disposal and restocking supplies.
  • Maintain a tidy work environment, clean equipment, and assist with additional cleaning responsibilities as directed.
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality of our facilities.
  • Conduct thorough cleaning sessions as necessary to uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to comprehend and follow both written and verbal instructions.
  • Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred.
  • Effective communication skills in English are essential.
