Job Description:
The Associate, Risk Management Specialist will work closely with our private equity clients to improve portfolio performance, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategic initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of the private equity industry.

Salary Estimate: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze portfolio performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues.
  • Build and maintain relationships with private equity executives, delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of portfolio solutions.
  • Prepare performance reports for private equity firms on insurance programs, benefits plans, and retirement accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage risk and client transitions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, project management, insurance, or risk management.
  • Familiarity with insurance brokers or portfolio companies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with C-suite executives.
  • Solid financial acumen and analytical thinking.
  • Willingness to travel domestically.
  • Insurance licensure is not required but can be supported if desired.
