Job Overview

As an Automotive Diagnostic Specialist at HCLTech, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of vehicles by performing maintenance, repairs, and diagnostic tests. Your expertise will be essential in identifying problems with vehicles and providing effective solutions to clients.

  • Diagnose complex issues with vehicle systems and components
  • Communicate with clients to discuss their concerns and explain automotive problems and repairs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to client dealerships for diagnostic software and hardware issues
  • Collaborate with module engineers to identify existing or new issues
  • Use deductive reasoning to make sound business decisions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in product support and technical assistance
  • Proficiency in automotive hardware and software systems
  • Experience in handling complaints and delivering excellent customer experiences
