Radiology Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for operating radiographic equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Explain radiographic procedures to patients and obtain accurate medical histories.
- Independently perform clinical diagnostic examinations, including room preparation and patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Assist physicians during invasive procedures and provide basic patient care as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- One to three months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Six months to one year of post-registry experience preferred.
- Satisfactory formal training in an approved program.
- ARRT certification.
