ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Client Experience Specialist, you will manage high-level customer interactions at our facility, ensuring that all communications are effective and leave a positive impression. You will lead by example, delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining open lines of communication with our veterinary professionals regarding medical issues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Act as a liaison between veterinary staff and clients to ensure the well-being of pets and their owners.
  2. Enhance operational efficiency by managing all communications and anticipating client needs.
  3. Provide timely and accurate information to clients with sensitivity and professionalism.
  4. Discuss financial options with clients, offering support during challenging situations.
  5. Ensure appropriate follow-up with clients regarding their pets' care.
  6. Utilize feedback and data analysis to identify areas for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven leadership abilities.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a high-level customer service role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on active listening and empathy.
  • Strong motivation to assist others.
  • Positive and energetic demeanor.
