Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of software developers in the design, development, and implementation of new and revised application systems and programs.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure that the team has access to accurate and up-to-date information.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Provide technical leadership and serve as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers, analysts, and graduates.
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in the Financial Service industry.
- Experience as an Applications Development Manager.
- Experience as a senior level in an Applications Development role.
- Stakeholder and people management experience.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Proven project management skills.
- Basic knowledge of industry practices and standards.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
- Masters degree preferred.
