Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Design, develop, install, and maintain automation systems to enhance efficiency, quality, and performance of our industrial processes.
  • Programming and Troubleshooting: Program and troubleshoot PLCs and Loop Controllers to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand process requirements and translate them into automation solutions.
  • Testing and Validation: Conduct system tests to verify and validate automation designs.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring safe and effective use of automation systems.
  • Knowledge and Innovation: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current technology trends in automation systems and identify opportunities for automation within production processes.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Document all automation processes and updates for future reference and audits, and comply with all safety and health regulations when installing and maintaining automation systems.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform regular preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of automation systems.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in automation control systems, PLCs, and Loop Controllers.
  • Skills: Proficient in programming and troubleshooting PLCs and Loop Controllers, strong knowledge of automation systems and industrial process control, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to troubleshoot complex automation systems.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with a team, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and willingness to stay updated with the latest technology trends in automation systems.
