Role Overview:
We are in search of a seasoned Cloud Software Performance Engineer who excels in a vibrant and fast-evolving setting.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure performance, scalability, high availability, and resilience for our core platforms, applicable to both cloud and on-premise environments.


Key Responsibilities:

• Establish performance considerations and benchmarks for large-scale implementations and drive enhancements in performance.

• Publish recommendations to optimize performance, addressing both functional and operational aspects.

• Develop performance measurement scenarios for various deployment models. Lead the performance engineering strategy and implement performance tools, automation, and reporting.

• Identify performance bottlenecks and propose effective solutions.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to technically scope the cost and complexity of analyzing product performance capabilities, identifying key risks, exploring technology options, and finalizing design and implementation decisions.

• Balance strategic and tactical thinking to maximize engineering investments in enhancing performance and scalability.

• Collect and analyze metrics to aid in performance tuning and fault resolution.

• Conduct capacity planning and optimization.

• Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and highlight areas for enhancement.

• Stay informed about new technologies, industry trends, and best practices for performance optimization and capacity planning.

• Continuously refine tools, processes, and procedures.

• Monitor and assess resource utilization trends for cost optimization.

• Introduce innovative ideas and resolve complex technological challenges.

• Track and enhance key performance and productivity indicators.

• Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related engineering field with over 3 years of experience in software engineering or IT.

• More than 3 years of experience in enhancing availability, scalability, and resilience of distributed systems and cloud/SaaS platforms.
