Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Agent Intake Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via telephone, meeting all corporate guidelines and performance standards
  • Handle a high volume of calls daily, answering all calls promptly and efficiently
  • Address general questions about MedSpeed's service process and resolve issues effectively
  • Log, track, and document all issues using online systems and procedures
  • Perform skills necessary to create a high-quality customer experience
  • Complete special projects as assigned
  • Maintain current knowledge of MedSpeed's service policies, procedures, and client requirements
Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Demonstrate excellent customer-care skills, including empathy, active listening, and communication skills
  • Great attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to effectively manage time and multitask
  • Strong typing and computer skills
