Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and expertise to customers in their security transformation journey, aligning with their business needs and goals.
  • Solution Design: Define and design technical solutions that meet customers' security requirements, leveraging our industry-leading products and services.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their security challenges and develop strategic account plans to address these challenges.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Professional Services, Customer Success, and Specialist teams, to ensure seamless customer implementation and adoption of solutions.
  • Communication: Develop and deliver effective presentations, demos, and workshops to communicate complex technical concepts to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Validation: Lead successful technical validation efforts to ensure technical wins in assigned opportunities.
  • Resource Orchestration: Coordinate with supporting resources, including Specialists, Channel Resources, and Customer Support, to ensure a cohesive strategy and successful customer outcomes.
  • End-to-End Solutions: Promote end-to-end solutions that include Palo Alto Networks and/or partner professional services to ensure customers realize business value sooner.
  • Competitive Differentiation: Understand the competitive landscape and effectively differentiate our leadership in the market.
  • Professional Development: Continuously invest in yourself to develop technical and professional skills that drive your ever-increasing contributions to the success of our customers.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in delivering cybersecurity solutions that solve technical challenges and influence new business initiatives.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of data networking, modern application design, and cloud architectures.
  • Sales and Pre-Sales Experience: Proven experience in influencing and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders, either in a customer-facing or internal role.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver technical presentations, workshops, or technical validation engagements.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in selling, designing, implementing, or managing one or more of the following solutions: Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP, and/or SOC Transformation Technologies.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
