We are seeking an Operations Excellence Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will oversee the seamless and effective operations of the organization by managing strategic planning processes, organizing leadership retreats, and facilitating timely communication throughout the company. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational capabilities and a collaborative spirit to work alongside senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the company's strategic planning initiatives, including the formulation and implementation of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Collaborate with department leaders to ensure alignment of OKRs with overarching company objectives and strategies.
  • Track and evaluate the progress of OKRs, offering insights and recommendations for enhancements.
  • Organize and manage offsite meetings for company leadership, including logistics, agendas, and necessary materials.
  • Ensure that offsite meetings are productive and aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate follow-up actions and ensure their execution.
  • Oversee effective internal communications across the organization.
  • Prepare and disseminate regular updates from the Chief of Staff and other leaders.
  • Develop and maintain communication protocols and tools to improve information flow.
  • Work closely with the Chief of Staff to support various strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in creating presentations, reports, and other materials for senior leadership.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Manage special projects as assigned by the Chief of Staff.
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and implement effective solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure cohesive operations.
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of strategic planning processes, including OKRs.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in planning and executing offsite meetings and events.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Minimum Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, project management, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.

Compensation Range: $120,000 - $140,000
