Key Responsibilities- Lead and Empower the Culinary Team: Provide guidance and support to our team of chefs to ensure exceptional quality and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and Implement Menu Items: Contribute creatively to the development of new menu items and promotions that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain High Standards: Monitor and maintain standards for product quality, presentation, and production efficiency to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Cultivate Strong Relationships: Foster strong working relationships across Food & Beverage and other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a completion of Culinary or Apprenticeship Program preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of cook experience in a hotel, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role and size of operation required.
- Certifications: Food Handlers Certification, Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification, and OSHA certification or equivalent knowledge of OSHA regulations.
- Skills: Basic mathematical skills to prepare financial reporting, with the ability to lift, carry, move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 200 lbs. on a continuous basis.
- Competitive Salary: $75,000 per year.
