We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse II to join our Orthopedics & Spine Unit-M2 team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a compassionate and caring environment.
Key Responsibilities- Implement physician orders, administer medications, and perform treatments and procedures as required by company policy and local/state/federal rules and regulations.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' conditions.
- Assess and evaluate patient needs for, and responses to, care rendered.
- Apply sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions.
- Provide primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
- Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as ordered.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients.
- Direct and guide ancillary personnel and maintain standards of professional nursing.
This role may require access to sensitive information, including HIPAA Protected Health Information. Workforce members are expected to ensure that access to information is based on a 'need to know' and is the minimum necessary to properly perform assigned duties.
