Job Description
At Colorectal Associates of Cen, we are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for creating and managing personalized care plans for patients. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
  • Assist providers with in-office procedures and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
  • Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with physicians
  • Manage clinical staffing for 2 office locations
  • Serve as clinical point of contact for LPNs and Medical Assistants on medical questions
  • Facilitate surgical patient scheduling with hospitals and outpatient surgery centers with office surgical schedulers
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Work closely with Physicians and Physician Assistants to ensure smooth clinical care of patients
  • Assist with orientation and training of new clinical staff


Qualifications:
  • Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment
  • Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred
  • Management experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • First aid/CPR certification required
