Job Title: Technical Product Owner Sr Manager I2C

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner Sr Manager I2C to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of I2C applications and SAP S/4 Accounts Receivable projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery of I2C applications and SAP S/4 Accounts Receivable projects
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to plan, implement, and deploy programs and projects
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Accounts Receivable policies, procedures, and technology platforms
  • Provide subject matter expertise to business partners, contractors, and other J&J departments
  • Manage business partner expectations and negotiate with the business to prioritize project work
  • Participate in business planning activities and identify future business demand
  • Drive business process improvement initiatives and champion change management efforts
  • Track progress of I2C system development and prepare regular updates for business and technology leadership teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Degree
  • 8 years of experience with implementation and maintenance of SAP Finance & Controlling modules with a focus in FSCM / Accounts Receivable
  • Experience with SAP S/4 Receivables Management – Credit, Collections, Disputes Management
  • Experience with 1 full cycle of S/4 HANA implementation for Finance
  • 3 years of people management experience
  • Experience in managing matrix-based project teams, including internal resources and contractors
  • Experience in managing complex global projects, processes, and systems
  • Experience with I2C SaaS Applications (High Radius, Serrala, Celonis, D&B)
  • Integration expert for the entire Order-2-Cash business process
  • Business case/value case management experience
  • Hands-on disciplined project management skills
  • Experience with software validation in regulated environments
  • Working knowledge of core application development principles and SDLC methodology

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with agile / agile scrum methodology
  • Experience with agile delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Hands-on understanding of Design Principles (User Interface and Business Process Mapping)
  • Ability to operate independently and interface with senior business leaders
  • Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision, both written and verbal
  • Self-starter with strong teamwork abilities and customer service skills
  • Extreme focus, attention to detail, and delivering high-quality solutions
  • Strong background and experience in virtualization, network, and other technologies
  • Prior experience in supporting global operations and following Enterprise level process frameworks such as ITIL
