We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Piedmont Newton Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
About the RoleThis is a full-time opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in our busy Emergency Department. You will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing education to patients and families. Our team is committed to delivering patient-centered care and we are looking for a like-minded individual to join us.
Responsibilities- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
- Provide high-quality patient care and education
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong nursing background and excellent communication skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks accordingly.
