We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Hire Velocity as a Mobile Healthcare Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and services in a home healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough clinical history-taking and medical chart reviews to inform patient care decisions.
- Perform excellent physical assessments and develop accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and order ancillary services as needed to support patient care.
- Communicate effectively with members of the care team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Document all patient interactions and care decisions in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Master's Degree or higher in Nursing required.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner and at least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Active applicable State License and unencumbered license to practice as an APRN.
- Active certification by the ANCC or AANP.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.

As a Mobile Healthcare Specialist, you will work in a home healthcare setting, using our company-provided mobile care units to visit patients in their homes. You will be paired with a Medical Assistant to support patient care and services.
