Sensient Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Technical Service Manager. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for building and strengthening partnerships in the Food Away From Home (FAFH)/QSR space, supporting the sale of our top-shelf, value-added flavors portfolio to world-class customers in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with our commercial team to bring custom solutions for a broad base of foodservice customers, leveraging your technical expertise to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a technical expert of Sensient products, educating customers on the value and usage of our products, and working closely with internal resources to ensure your success.
- Develop and execute strategies to position our products and technology with foodservice companies, ranging from direct brands to co-manufacturers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth, and identify opportunities to improve our products and services.
Requirements:
- A strategic approach to developing business and winning new accounts, with a strong track record of success in the QSR segment of the Food & Beverage industry.
- Excellent technical background, with a deep understanding of flavor systems and their applications in the food industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex customer relationships and build strong partnerships.
- A college degree in business or the sciences, with a minimum of 5+ years' experience interacting with customers on technical projects.
