Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Care Practitioner to join our team at Swedish Edmonds. As a Respiratory Care Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and performing a variety of respiratory care procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform respiratory care procedures on patients of all ages, including neonates, infants, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
  • Assess patient respiratory status and develop individualized care plans to meet their needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in their condition.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of an accredited respiratory therapy educational program.
  • Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
  • National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
  • National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 90 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Recent hospital experience as a Respiratory Care Practitioner.
