Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs with accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and provide sound legal opinions.
  • Assist senior attorneys in case management, including preparation for depositions, hearings, and trials.
  • Prepare witnesses for depositions, ensuring clarity on the process and key aspects of their testimony. Attend and conduct depositions, analyzing transcripts to identify strengths and weaknesses in cases and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Proactively engage in additional responsibilities relevant to the associate role, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Qualifications:
  • Licensed to practice law in PA or NJ
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome, as well as those with some experience in Medical Malpractice
