Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Knute Nelson. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of our clients by providing high-quality occupational therapy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate clients and develop personalized treatment plans to meet their unique needs and goals.
  • Provide quality care that assists clients to meet their goals, including short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Document services rendered accurately and timely, utilizing our agency's electronic medical record (EMR) system.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, referral sources, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
  • Recommend and assure continuation of appropriate therapeutic follow-up programs and activities.
Requirements
  • Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Minnesota.
  • Obtain CPR certification within 6 months from date of hire.
  • Valid driver's license and use of an insured personal vehicle.
  • Complete and pass a state required background study.
  • Able to communicate verbally and in writing to the extent required by the position.
  • Able to physically perform the duties required by the position.
