Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute objectives, strategies, and initiatives to establish a robust financial framework for the network
  • Set and evaluate financial performance benchmarks to ensure effective daily operations
  • Implement strong financial controls to safeguard the organization's financial health
  • Review financial systems to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of the annual operational plan
  • Facilitate timely and effective communication with team members regarding corporate, divisional, and departmental updates
  • Identify and rectify system and service delivery challenges
  • Manage external audits and tax filings for the network
  • Oversee cash management strategies and maintain oversight of the chart of accounts
  • Provide financial insight and support throughout the organization
  • Lead and assist in the development, execution, education, and training of various financial responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required
  • Master's Degree to be obtained within three years of hire is required
  • A minimum of five years of Management/Leadership experience in accounting and budgeting is essential
  • At least five years of Project Management experience is necessary
  • Proficient in Project Management, Strategic Planning, Budgeting, and Communication
  • Capable of performing sedentary work with occasional physical demands

Salary Range:

Compensation is based on qualifications, experience, education, and industry standards.

Minimum: USD $102,897.60/Yr

Maximum: USD $154,336.00/Yr
