Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and analyze reported freight issues to facilitate quick resolutions.
  • Follow established claims processes and procedures.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve shipping and freight issues.
  • Lead the resolution of complex customer complaints and questions.
  • Prepare, review, and bundle paperwork for shipping and freight disputes.
  • Handle high-volume calls in a fast-paced environment.
  • Delegate and monitor the work of other operations clerks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of transportation and/or related experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient customer service and computer skills.
