We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer to join our AWS Field Experiences Infrastructure and Personalization team. As a key member of our team, you will design and deliver scalable, flexible, and integrated solutions for our selling team, including first-party and third-party solutions.

You will create and manage application stacks across several domains, including conversational chatbots, Slack apps, telemetry, analytics, planning, and performance management. Additionally, you will incorporate Generative AI technologies like Amazon Q, Amazon Bedrock, and advanced LLMs to enhance our service offerings.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language
  • Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, a Master's degree in computer science or equivalent, and experience mentoring/training the engineering community on complex technical issues
