Key Responsibilities
  • Perform system commissioning using Johnson Controls configuration and commissioning tools
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic HVAC mechanical, electrical, and controls problems
  • Respond to basic warranty calls
Requirements
  • 2-year degree in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology, air conditioning, or a similar field
  • At least 3-5 years of industry experience or experience in servicing electronic and/or mechanical systems in the HVAC industry
  • Effective interpersonal skills to represent Johnson Controls to customers and other outside contacts in an ethical and professional manner
  • Ability to explain technical information to technical and non-technical people
  • PC experience required and the ability to program HVAC-related software
  • Able to pass a pre-employment background and drug test
