We are seeking a qualified Medication Administration Personnel to join our team at The Gardens at St. Elizabeth. As a Caregiver with a QMAP qualification, you will play a vital role in promoting the well-being and independence of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer oral and topical medication, including controlled substances, to residents as prescribed by their attending physicians.
  • Promote and maintain the independence of residents.
  • Provide and assist residents with hygiene needs, such as bathing, showering, and dressing.
  • Assist with ambulation and transportation needs of residents.
  • Encourage participation in the facility's activity programs.
  • Assist with hands-on care related to incontinence.
  • Report on resident changes related to health and wellness.
Requirements:
  • Must have proof of COVID-19 Vaccination or be willing to obtain as a condition of employment.
  • Must have QMAP qualification.
  • Must be CPR and First Aid certified.
  • Point Click Care experience preferred.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
