As a Human Capital Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our team.
This position entails overseeing product implementation and support activities, which include engaging with clients, conducting training sessions, and preparing project documentation for Insperity's Human Capital Management (HCM) products and software as a service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Insperity's internal project management team to complete assigned tasks and adhere to project timelines.
- Consult with key decision-makers at client organizations regarding their human resource policies, payroll configurations, and reporting requirements.
- Provide guidance on optimal implementation strategies and best practices.
- Conduct thorough discovery sessions to document functional specifications for system setup using the Project Scope Document.
- Configure software to enhance and streamline client HR/payroll workflows and processes.
- Set up systems according to client specifications for time tracking and accrual entries to maximize efficiency.
- Deliver administrative training to clients on the iSolved platform as needed.
- Facilitate regular client status update calls to address issues, potential escalations, and provide best practice recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Advocate for clients' needs in resolving any outstanding issues during the integration process.
- Build relationships within client organizations to effectively integrate project deliverables and achieve business objectives.
- Stay informed about new products, industry trends, and client training needs.
- Collect product/software feedback and provide recommendations for improvement to product and leadership teams.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Three to five years of experience in systems integration or enterprise-class HRMS product implementation is required.
- Ability to interpret tax regulations at the state, federal, and local levels for software configuration.
- Basic understanding of cross-departmental systems integration, including time tracking and benefits.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to engage with peers, leadership, and clients.
- Comfortable conducting meetings with clients.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to convey technical and project information in a business context.
- Proven track record of delivering quality, timely business solutions to a diverse clientele.
- Functional knowledge of human resources and payroll within a business environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and complete specific assignments with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of accounting principles and best practices in payroll and human resources.
- Basic knowledge of tax setup and requirements at various governmental levels.
- Demonstrated understanding of payroll and HR reporting in a business context.
- Strong customer relations, time management, and organizational skills.
