Odin Management is seeking a skilled and reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our multifamily apartment communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
  • Ensure the maintenance area is kept clean and organized.
  • Work on call rotations for maintenance emergencies and respond promptly to resident requests.
  • Coordinate with the Property Manager to purchase parts and materials as needed.

Requirements

  • Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two (2) years of experience in a relevant maintenance field.
  • HVAC certification a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
