We are looking for a:
Lead Clinical Laboratory Technologist (MT) - Microbiology
Responsibilities:
- Guide laboratory personnel daily regarding workload management, operational policies, and procedural adjustments.
- Conduct a range of laboratory tests from routine to complex levels, utilizing specialized scientific and technical expertise.
- Exhibit strong decision-making capabilities, work autonomously, and undertake teaching and training responsibilities as necessary.
- Engage in advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, and resolution of laboratory issues.

Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum - A Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science, or medical technology. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree must encompass at least 60 semester hours or equivalent, including:
- 24 semester hours of medical laboratory technology courses OR
- 24 semester hours comprising 6 in chemistry, 6 in biology, and 12 in any combination of chemistry, biology, or medical laboratory technology.
Experience:
Minimum - Two years of experience in a clinical laboratory with a focus on relevant skills.
Preferred - Three years of experience in a clinical laboratory with a focus on relevant skills.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum - Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist, Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Technologist in Blood Bank, or Molecular Biology by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists or an equivalent body is preferred.
