About the Role

CarePartners Living LLC is seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team as a member of our CarePartners Staffing Pool. As a Speech Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient-centered care to individuals with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing impairments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing impairments.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to improve communication abilities, cognitive function, and/or swallowing skills.
  • Evaluate patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as needed to maximize patient outcomes.
  • Document patient progress in medical records, including notes, charges, discharge notes, and patient communication.
  • Consult with Program Director and Rehab Physician/Medical Director regarding pre-screen assessments and physician consultations to determine appropriate placement of potential patients.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Current North Carolina license to practice Speech Therapy and ASHA certification.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY.
  • Valid Driver's License.
