About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at DispatchHealth Management. As a key member of our clinical care team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments and diagnose complex illnesses
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to provide seamless care coordination
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure timely and effective care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and evidence-based practices to deliver exceptional care
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner in acute care settings
  • Current unrestricted state license as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Nationally board certified, current
  • Current BLS required, ACLS certification preferred
  • Prescriptive authority and DEA
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
