Job Summary:

The Family Nurse Practitioner will work as part of a clinical care team to provide comprehensive health assessments, diagnose and treat complex illnesses, and provide therapeutic interventions. You will work closely with our team of medical professionals to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments and diagnose and treat complex illnesses
  • Provide therapeutic interventions, such as splinting, suturing, wound care, and minor procedures
  • Work closely with our team of medical professionals to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Identify and proactively solve problems to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner in an acute care setting
  • Current unrestricted state license as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Nationally board certified, current
  • Current BLS required, ACLS certification preferred
  • Prescriptive authority and DEA
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
