Cleveland Clinic Children's Hospital for Rehabilitation is seeking an Office Assistant II to support clinical and office caregivers in providing patient-first healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will work alongside passionate caregivers to ensure the highest level of care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general office support, including data entry, answering telephones, and visitor reception.
  • Facilitate the visitor process and maintain electronic and hard copy files.
  • Follow department and hospital policies and procedures, and manage traffic flow through the department.
  • Update databases and file records appropriately, and complete recordkeeping in accordance with JCAHO standards.
  • Answer telephones and provide general customer service.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One year of filing and data entry experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of administrative tasks.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Compensation:

  • Minimum hourly: $15.25.
  • Maximum hourly: $19.60.
